These services support personal growth but do not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. You understand that results vary and depend on your personal engagement and context.

Payments for services, programs, or products may be made through Razorpay or other approved platforms.

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without notice.
• A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Refunds follow the policy listed on the service page or communicated during registration.
• Unless otherwise stated, payments for consultations, coaching sessions, or digital products are non-refundable once delivered or started.
• For workshops/retreats, cancellation policies may differ and will be specified separately.

If a transaction fails or is charged incorrectly, please contact us directly for support.

For coaching or therapy sessions:

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or scheduling system.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be done at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session may be considered completed.
• Late arrivals may reduce session length without impacting the fee.

For group events, retreats, and courses:

• Any special cancellation policy mentioned in the event description will apply.

All content on this website—including text, design, images, videos, course materials, frameworks, meditations, worksheets, and content from programs such as Flow Game facilitation, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Navarasa-based leadership work, and somatic practices—is the intellectual property of Zensei or its licensors. • Not to use Zensei methodologies, session recordings, or course content for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted.

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your choices, actions, and experiences during coaching or therapy.

• You will not record, publish, or misuse session content without consent.

You agree to participate respectfully in all group and individual sessions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zensei, its founder, and its collaborators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• You understand that coaching and somatic therapy involve personal introspection and emotional exploration, and you assume responsibility for your wellbeing during and after sessions.
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

• Coaching and Somatic Therapy are not medical treatments, and no claim of diagnosis, cure, or medical advice is made.
