

Shipping & Exchange Policy

Overview
This Shipping & Exchange Policy explains how services, confirmations, and digital products are delivered by Zensei, and outlines the conditions under which exchanges or transfers may be permitted.
1. Delivery of Services (“Shipping”)
Since Zensei offers services and digital products, no physical items are shipped. Instead, delivery happens in the following ways:
A. Coaching & Therapy Sessions
- Session confirmation is delivered instantly via email after booking and payment.
- Session links (Zoom/Google Meet) are sent through email or calendar invites.
- Access to sessions is considered “delivered” once the session has taken place.
B. Workshops, Retreats & Group Programs
- Upon registration, participants receive a confirmation email containing event details.
- Meeting links, schedules, or venue information are sent at least 48 hours before the event.
- Physical materials (if applicable during retreats) are provided on-site.
C. Digital Courses, Recordings & Online Products
- Access is delivered automatically via email or the learning platform (such as New Zenler).
- Access is typically provided within seconds to 24 hours after successful payment.
- Digital products are considered “delivered” once access is granted.
2. Exchange / Transfer Policy
Since the offerings are service-based, exchanges refer to changing dates, transferring participation, or replacing a participant rather than swapping products.
A. Coaching & Therapy Sessions
- Sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for exchange or rescheduling.
B. Workshops & Group Events
- Participants may request to move to another batch/event, subject to availability.
- Transfers to another person may be permitted up to 48 hours before the event, at our discretion.
- No exchanges for last-minute cancellations unless stated otherwise.
C. Retreats
- Transfers to another participant or future retreat may be considered case-by-case.
- Conditions may vary depending on venue bookings, partner policies, and availability.
D. Digital Courses & Downloads
- Digital products cannot be exchanged once access is provided.
- In case of technical issues, we will provide support to ensure successful access.
3. Incorrect or Failed Delivery
If you did not receive:
- a confirmation email,
- your access link,
- or your login credentials,
contact us at support@zensei.co.in, and we will resolve it within a reasonable time frame.
