

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1: Coaching & Therapy Sessions
- Session fees are payable in advance.
- No refunds for completed sessions.
- Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to a later date.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are considered completed and are non-refundable.
2: Workshops, Retreats & Group Events
- No refund is provided once a payment is made, unless explicitly mentioned in the event brochure or coaching or therapy contract with the client.
- In case of an event cancellation by us, participants will receive either a full refund or credit transfer within 7-14 business days.
3: Digital Courses & Products
- All digital products (courses, recordings, downloads, modules) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
- If you face technical issues, we will provide reasonable support to resolve them.
4: Payment Issues or Failed Transactions
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a payment failed, please contact us at support@zensei.co.in. We will work with Razorpay or the relevant payment provider to resolve it. If we find that the payment was charged incorrectly, you will receive the refund within the next 14 working days.
5: No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a session at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session is counted as completed and is non-refundable.
6: Exceptional Situations
We understand emergencies occur. In genuine cases, a one-time exception may be considered at the sole discretion of Zensei. In all such scenarios where we deem it is an emergency, refund will be processed within 14
