• Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1: Coaching & Therapy Sessions

    • Session fees are payable in advance.
    • No refunds for completed sessions.
    • Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to a later date.
    • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are considered completed and are non-refundable.

    2: Workshops, Retreats & Group Events

    • No refund is provided once a payment is made, unless explicitly mentioned in the event brochure or coaching or therapy contract with the client.
    • In case of an event cancellation by us, participants will receive either a full refund or credit transfer within 7-14 business days.

    3: Digital Courses & Products

    • All digital products (courses, recordings, downloads, modules) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
    • If you face technical issues, we will provide reasonable support to resolve them.

    4: Payment Issues or Failed Transactions

    If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a payment failed, please contact us. We will work with Razorpay or the relevant payment provider to resolve it.

    5: No-Show Policy

    If a client does not attend a session at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session is counted as completed and is non-refundable.

    6: Exceptional Situations

    We understand emergencies occur. In genuine cases, a one-time exception may be considered at the sole discretion of Zensei.
