Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of enrolment in any program, workshop or session booked with Zensei Leadership Pvt. Ltd., there will be no refund of the amount paid unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of enrolment or booking of the session.
If a pre-planned session is missed by the client, it will be treated as a paid session that is cancelled. There will not be a rescheduling of such a session.
